Saugerties, NY – April 29, 2017 – Para-Dressage athletes have once again been invited to participate in the 2017 Adequan/FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships presented by Gotham North (NAJYRC) scheduled at HITS-on-the-Hudson in Saugerties, NY, July 18-23. The 2017 NAJYRC Para-Dressage discipline will include ages 14 through 25. It is so important right now to secure a Team to represent the US at this prestigious event.
Hope Hand, President of the United States Para-Equestrian, expressed, “The vision of the United States Para Equestrian Association (USPEA) is to provide leadership for equestrian sport in the United States of America for athletes with an eligible physical impairment. The USPEA does this by promoting the pursuit of excellence from the grass roots to the Paralympic Games, based on a foundation of fair and safe competition while valuing the welfare of its horses, and embracing this vision to be the best national Para Equestrian Association in the world.
Hand continued, “Please help us raise money to Develop, Promote, Support, and Sustain The US Para Equestrian Youth Programs. Immediate help is needed to defray the enormous costs involved in shipping horses, cost of travel and related expenses for Riders and their Support staff.”
